Calm Body, Quiet Mind

Welcome to Inner Wisdom Therapy- where we skip the fluff and get ready about being human. Life’s messy, your nervous system’s doing its best, and burnout isn’t a character flaw. Here, we slow things down do your body can exhale, your mind can quiet, and you can actually feel like yourself again- calm, grounded, and in charge of your own damn life.

We’ll use the science of the brain and the physiology of the nervous system to understand what’s happening underneath the overwhelm — and build real, embodied tools to help you find your way back to calm

What I offer

I believe we all have a part of us that knows what’s up — the steady, intuitive voice that remembers who we are and what we need. It just gets buried under everyone else’s stories about who we should be. Our work is to cut through that noise, come back home to your body, and listen to the inner wisdom that’s been there all along.

  • Individual Therapy helps when you’re stuck in your head, running on empty, or tired of your own overthinking. Together, we’ll slow down, untangle what’s underneath, and teach your body how to feel calm again — so you can move through life with more ease, clarity, and self-trust.

My therapeutic models include: EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Relational Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Safe and Sound Listening Therapy.

  • In Couple’s Therapy we will uncover and lean into both of your inner wisdom. Couples Therapy is for when communication turns into conflict, or you feel more like roommates than partners. We’ll unpack the stuck patterns beneath the arguments, reconnect you to empathy and understanding, and help you build a relationship that feels safe, honest, and alive again.

In couple’s therapy, I use all the same models from my individual therapy, and use the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to support couple’s in deepening their connection.

  • Group Therapy is for when you’re craving real connection — not small talk, but honest, “me too” moments. Each group blends mindfulness, yoga, and therapy to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and practice vulnerability in community. It’s a space to move, breathe, and be reminded that healing was never meant to be a solo project.

    Topics include:

Self Talk [yoga + therapy series for overcoming anxiety]

Over four weeks, we explore how limiting beliefs and anxious thoughts shape your experience. Each session combines somatic awareness, gentle movement or breath checks, and reflective dialogue to surface worry loops, reframe unhelpful narratives and strengthen a calmer, kinder mindset.

The Art of Boundaries [yoga + therapy series for the edges]

A 4 week workshop to notice when you’ve had enough, practice clear limits, and build skills to honour your needs through gentle movement and therapeutic practices.

Atlas of Self [yoga + therapy series for authenticity]

A 6 week immersive inquiry into your inner landscape and true values. Through gentle movement, mindful pauses, and therapeutic reflection, you’ll explore present-moment awareness, create space from self-doubt, and uncover the path to your authentic self.

  • Yoga Retreats offer a therapeutic pause from the noise of everyday life — part nervous system reset, part soul nourishment. Through mindful movement, rest, reflection, and connection, you’ll reconnect with your body’s wisdom and return home feeling grounded, restored, and a little more like yourself again.

    Next Retreat:

I am partnering with Megan, the Founder of Slow Medicine Company, to take you to Tuscany.

    May 18 - May 23, 2026

Feel the ancient earth beneath your feet as you arrive at Ebbio: a 12th-century farmhouse perched atop an extinct volcano, its olive groves whispering secrets of stillness. Over five sun-lit days, you’ll reawaken your body with mindful yoga, savor slow-cooked Italian fare, and sink into evenings of lantern-lit conversation. This is more than a holiday—it’s an invitation to step out of the rush and learn the art of presence.

    About The Retreat.
Picture yourself greeting dawn with a fire in your belly and a softening breath. Each morning, Megan—your guide in movement and nervous-system wisdom—will lead gentle, heart-opening yoga sessions that blend fluid flow with restorative pauses. Afternoons are yours to wander olive groves, practice slow walks on the Via Francigena, or simply recline in a hammock with a well-worn journal. As twilight falls, gather around the communal table to break fresh bread and share stories under a sky freckled with stars.
